BLACK MOLD!!!!!
We have bought and used CASES of this, as well as Little Remedies’ Gripe Water and Acetaminophen for babies. We TRUSTED this brand. Well, now we’re realizing things are not as they appear. Several of our pain relief (acetaminophen) have leaked sticky solution all over the diaper bag, car and drawers. And, we’ve BEEN STICKING BLACK MOLD UP OUR BABY’S NOSE?!?!?!? My husband said, “um, honey... then showed me the inner lids! I had seen stuff on the spray nozzle before but just wiped it thinking one of us forgot to wipe it after spraying her nose... nope, it was black colored mold/mildew! I plan to contact the company and hope this is fixed for the safety of our fragile babies. For now, stay away! And check the bottles you have at home! These drops have been amazing for us, or so we thought. To be clear, WE JUST FOUND WHAT APPEARS TO BE BLACK MOLD GROWING IN THEM!!!! We have purchased probably 25 of these bottles (one for each room, diaper bag, car, etc... and replenished as ran out over the last 18 months). Our daughter has used these since she came home from the hospital alongside our trusty Nose Frida. It was a winning combination, until we looked under the cap and noticed what appears to be black mold growing in two of our open bottles! WHAT?!?!These drops have been amazing for us, BUT, WE JUST FOUND WHAT APPEARS TO BE BLACK MOLD GROWING IN THEM!!!! WHAT?!?! I'm enclosing pictures, so please check yours. I'll write the company and report back on their reply. For what it's worth, we use them exactly as directed. The instructions say to wipe clean after each use, which we do. We are also mindful to not release the 'squeeze" until it's well away from our baby's face (meaning, we're being careful not to suction anything INTO the bottles.) They bottles never come away from her nose with boogies on them, which is to say, these findings are not things that have come out of her nose, but bacteria/mold/? from inside the bottle. To further support our efforts to keep baby safe and her products sterile, after EVERY single use, we wash (with soap & water) her aspirator, and then ALSO, run it through an electric steam sterilizer. We're not sloppy with our child's hygiene, so we are mortified. Just trying to help fellow mommies & daddies out there - CHECK YOUR BOTTLES!

Great for colds
This product is great for my son when he has a cold. I've been using it since he was born. Gives him immediate relief from stuffy/runny nose. I prefer the saline mist spray by Little Remedies but Amazon offered these spray/drops at a great price so I bought these and these work great too. With this product I have to makesure that he is at the right angle so that the saline goes in his nose and with the mist spray ones the angle of his head didn't necessarily matter. And if you have a young baby you know they will attempt to wiggle out of your arms when they know their nose is about to be cleaned.

A newborn necessity
When our little ones came home from the NICU, they had the common cold. Their poor little noses were soo stuffy and they were having a hard time breathing comfortably through their noses. Their Dr recommended Little Noses Saline. Because bulb suctioning too often can irritate noses even more, creating more mucus, we only suctioned them about 3-5 times a day. We would spritz the saline into their noses, suction, and they would get some relief. We would also spritz it into their noses when we weren't suctioning and it would help drain their noses, also providing them some relief. I now keep Little Noses Saline in our medicine cabinet at all times, just in case our little ones come down with another cold that makes them stuffy. Thank you Little Noses for providing relief to my little ones when they weren't feeling their best :)

Great Product, but ONE BOX WAS EMPTY
I ordered this six-pack of Little Noses, knowing I would use them all eventually - when they showed up I took one out and stashed the other five unopened boxes in the hall closet. Now, five months later, I went to grab a new box and the box I grabbed was EMPTY. Unopened, factory sealed, etc., but nothing in it. The product itself is great - we live in a dry climate so this is great to have on hand year round, but I'm disappointed that I didn't realize this oversight until now. Overall, love the product and Amazon - would recommend both (and do to friends all the time!), so buy away!
