Mens Digital Sports Watch, Waterproof LED Screen Large Face Military Watches for Men

I bought this watch because I wanted one I could use in the gym and read without my glasses on. Too many digital watch numbers are too small. Not this one. I can read the time, and usually the smaller date, without glasses. The stopwatch function is also very readable and easy to access/operate/reset. Some of my workouts occur in the darker hours and the LED lighting for nighttime viewing bright enough to make reading the time easy. On top of all that, the price is fantastic. Sure it's a cheap watch, but I'm wearing it daily for gym use BECAUSE IT WORKS. If I scratch the face... no big deal. A year from now if I've completely destroyed it... I'll buy another one. I've worn this watch every day for a month to the gym and it still looks like it's brand new. If you're looking for a cheap watch, not too big, not too small, with easy to read numbers then this watch is it. Update - I've had this watch for almost a year. I still use it every gym session. I don't beat my watches up too much, but the gym environment isn't the healthiest for watch faces. However, this watch shows very little wear and scratches. It's pretty much become my daily wear watch because it does what it's supposed to do, tell time while providing easy to read numbers with both the time and stopwatch functions.

9 years later, still working on original battery, the bands cracked from time and use, withstood salt and pool water, multiple drops. The screen is scratched but very readable. Super impressive for a 10$ watch!

The watch takes care of business. It is large-faced with large, easily-read numbers. It gives you the time; date, seconds, and what else do you need most of the time? If you have the necessity for chronograph timing it can do that as well. You do have to look at the dial directly to read the numbers, as it shows the 8888 that many commenters note. That "problem" is solved with a mere, small turn of the wrist. I have not tested the water resistance yet but I don't anticipate a need to shower with it on. If possible, I would rate it at about a 4.8. The only niggle is that since it is not calendar-based, you will have to toggle the date day when the months have less than 31 days, to catch up. I did have to manually correct for Daylight Savings Time (Boo!) this last weekend. Overall, it is inexpensive, basic, with a comfortable band. The large fonts and the night illumination are 5-worthy.

The watch is fine and is easy to read but the band is the cheapest most uncomfortable plastic. I'm giving it 5 stars because of the price point and it delivers as a functional disposable work watch that I don't mind beating up.

At first I had issues w/the date & day jumping forward everyday around noon. I had to re-read the insert and I fixed the minor issue. I like the watch, its big clear display, simple but classy, expensive, looking like my family says. I would recommend this for someone who wants something easy to use and its comfortable on the wrist too.

I love the size. Sure, I wear readers around my neck with a rubber strap, but I don't always want to grab them just to see the time. ESPECIALLY WHILE DRIVING, it can be downright DANGEROUS to put on readers to look at the watch! I nearly wrecked more than once trying to do that. Men's eyesight can fail at any age. Mine was early 40s. It doesn't make me a senior, or a boomer. It just makes me half-blind. This watch helps my daily workflow, because I never stop. I just work. ALL DAY, and late into the night. I have to see the time. I like the hourly chirp, and I like the alarm. I do wish however, that someone that made a REAL QUALITY WATCH would step in and address this hole in the market. Currently our only option is cheap watches (like this) from China. I need to see the date as much as I need to see the time, otherwise I'd just get an analog watch, but this face and letters is big enough to see both. I hate the light color, and I think it's an ugly watch. It's certainly no Sea-Pathfinder! The light colors look identical when pressed as my Timex that I'm replacing this with. So why did I buy this? I was coming home one night, going FAST, in my commercial van, and I wanted to see if it was too late to call my wife at work. I looked, couldn't see the time, looked again, and then a math-magician (think about it) in a spray bombed primer black Honda backs out into the highway with no headlights and no taillights. I swerved into oncoming traffic, and I almost rolled the van. Thankfully I'm a good driver, and I saved it, but it threw all my supplies all over my van, and the poor guy in the other opposing lane probably pd on himself. I decided at that instance it was time for a watch I can see. THIS IS THAT WATCH. Now, if a better company makes one just as big (ahem... Casi00000,, you reading this?) I'll gladly buy better. This one will work till then. It has to. There are no other choices. LONGEVITY: I don't expect much. But for now, it's doing fine! I moved and placed 1200 brick, and there's no scratches, and it's still on my arm. I'd say that's a win.

I don’t think you can go wrong if you need an inexpensive and nice watch. I got it because when I work, it doesn’t make any sense to wear an expensive watch if you’re a carpenter. I may be a second one just to have around..I tried another one of a different brand, and this one was far superior!

First off, this was purchased as a "lighting buy", so there wasn't much time to learn about the item. The picture, as I am looking at it, shows the watch and nothing else. It would have been advantageous to have something of known size with it so I could approximate its size. If so, I would not have bought it as it's too big for my wrist. The digits in the picture presents a turquoise hue while the item I received has black digits. The biggest problem just occurred tonight. I brushed up against a textured wall that put a scratch in the lens that will be permanent. This is not gorilla glass folks, it's plastic. The entire watch, except for the inner electronics, seems to be of plastic, but for $13, I couldn't expect anything of better quality. Another minor issue was the loop that holds the strap after fastening is loose and can slide off the strap. Other than these items of interest for me, the watch seems to function fine.

I swim with this watch almost daily and while I only use it for an hour or so a day, it works nicely for me.

Reloj ligero números grandes se ven bien la hora, básico: hora, alarma, cronómetro. Fácil d configurar. NOTA aún la luz de noche se ve bien en la foto, ya de manera Personal no se ve tan claro por eso las 4 Estrellas en vez de todas

This is a remarkable digital watch for what I paid. It's a nice bulky watch with large basic display. Shows time and date and has alarm and stopwatch too, all you need really! The light is a lovely green clear one that easily can be seen in dark. It's very accurate as have had it for a while now with no time lag. All in all a very good buy! Edit...keep the protective film on the watch face as i took mine off. To be honest you don't notice it's on and acts as a great protector, as I scuffed the face a week later. Never mind I'll just buy another one at this price. As said I got it in June and it's end of August now, and it's hardly lost any time at all!! For a basic watch it's fab.
