Will a magnet stick to this shelf

No, it is made of acrylic, not magnetic.

How many pounds will the shelf hold

Hello Each shelf can hold 1.76 lbs/800 Grams

Can this be mounted using adhesive strips, such as command strips by 3M?

This wall shelf comes with very strong adhesive strips and mounted very well on the wall.

Does the top of the shelf have a non slip surface? Im not worried about it falling off the wall because I'll use drywall anchor and screws.

No need to use drywall anchor and screws to fix it on the wall. it comes with very strong adhesive strips.
