A good quality pulley but you cannot, I repeat cannot, add it to a closed end cable. so, if you are hoping to add this as a secondary lifting block to an existing hoist to double the lifting capacity, you will have to make sure to thread the cable through this first BEFORE attaching it to the final pulley/hook and securing the cable/rope.
