This is one of those things I thought wouldn't work and was a bunch of hippidy dippidy nonsense, but I had a sore throat and was willing to try. I have tried soothing my throat with actual honey and it did nothing. This actually helped a lot, it doesn't numb but I was feeling better by the end of the day and over the sore throat in a few days. It tastes like honey and mint. The bottle is tiny which threw me off for the price, but again it works so I can't really complain.

One of the three products arrived broken. I didn't open the product, but the product was leaking inside to the point where the box was wet. The review shows that there are many cases like this, so it's bitter. Why is it impossible to exchange or return? I don't understand.

This seemed to work well enough for me, but I feel you just don’t get value for the cost.
