Natural Remedy! The best!
It works very good. Just spray 3 to 4 time in the mouth and keep it for one to two minutes and drop the saliva. that's it. My 7 yrs son and I had itchy throats and it helps us to relieve the discomfort. Using it before sleeping anyone can experience the results.

So far, so good. It does seem to relive the dryness I experience in my throat and mouth from the medications I take. I will purchase this one again.

It helps
This is one of those things I thought wouldn't work and was a bunch of hippidy dippidy nonsense, but I had a sore throat and was willing to try. I have tried soothing my throat with actual honey and it did nothing. This actually helped a lot, it doesn't numb but I was feeling better by the end of the day and over the sore throat in a few days. It tastes like honey and mint. The bottle is tiny which threw me off for the price, but again it works so I can't really complain.

Poor Manufacturing Packaging
Bottle leaked all over the original packaging soak through to disgusting mess those packaged fine by Amazon but the original packaging is all stopping wet because the lid wasn't tightened well or it was tampered with either way it went straight in the garbage I'm not spraying in my throat.
