Bought this case and keyboard for our iPad pro. Gets used every day in our Rescue operations for reports on iPad. We ordered the black case. Pro: Holds up quite well, was worried about the thin connection hinge at the case to keyboard. But it's very sturdy. Adjustable screen angle is very nice and holds the angle. Back light of the keyboard is great for night time use. light weight, only adds very little extra weight to the iPad. Bluetooth is easy to connect and stays connected. Auto iPad shut off when you close the case. Does protect the iPad pretty will when dropped. Con: The case is a little to smooth, has slipped out of hands a few times. The little knobs that hold the iPad screen in place, has broken and chip to where it's not holding the iPad in place, but this was after dropping it from about 4 feet. The first purchase lasted about 7 months before having to replace due to battery not holding a charge very well. Would be nice if the back light for the keyboard would stay on a little longer. Overall a good case and keyboard for the iPad Pro. Still a 5 start purchase due to it's simplicity and reliability. Even with the cons I have reorder already, also there just wasn't much of an option for iPad pro cases to select from. This checked all our boxes and still use everyday.

I love this keyboard case combination. The swivel feature is extremely useful. This is by far the most comfortable keyboard case to use either on a desk or on your lap. The ability to turn off the trackpad is one of my favorite features, as there is no accidentally hitting it with your palms while your typing. (I’ve gotten very irritated with other brands that do not have this feature.) I had an issue with the original version that I had received within the first year. However, the customer service to resolve the issue was top notch. The representative made it so easy and took care of the situation very quickly. This is a new and growing company that is constantly working to improve their product, and it shows, as the replacement they sent me is even better than the first version I had. Between the quality of product and the awesome customer service, I will be a returning customer for other products and any future keyboard case needs that I have. I highly recommend this keyboard case to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed, and even if you are, I’m confident the company will make it right.

Great functionality and holds ipad in really well with the internal button. A few keys stopped working - some internal issue after about 3 months. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement case with no hassle!

The case is decent, easily connected to my ipad. Unfortunately, the keys are unresponsive, leading to awful spelling and autocorrect issues constantly and having to watch everything that I type-not good for anyone that's capable of typing without looking. SO FRUSTRATING. I did order a replacement in hopes that the first was just defective, but alas, the second one was actually worse-the space bar barely registered and many more keys were unresponsive than the first.

For my earlier model iPad, this fit nicely in a physical sense, but the keyboard Bluetooth interface is intermittent and needs to be manually restarted with each use. It also requires separate charging of the iPad and the keyboard… they have individual USB-c charging ports. I kept it, though, as when I turn the iPad around to use the on-screen keyboard the entire package feels strong, and very well protected from drops. I just found the keyboard function on the holder to be awkward and finicky to use. My older keyboard-equipped holder had solid electrical connection, so no Bluetooth was used, and it used a single charging port for both devices at the same time. Unfortunately, that unit had been acquired back in 2017 and was no longer available
