I was previously taking a name-brand supplement labeled as an "IBS Prebiotic," and discovered the active ingredient in it was this exact stuff. While those original supplements helped my stomach issues, the cost was prohibitive. This PureHMO seems to have the exact same effect on my stomach—I experience far fewer upset stomachs when taking it regularly. It is easier to use, and while it isn't a massive price drop, it IS cheaper, and these days I’ll take every penny of savings I can get. That being said, it is not a miracle cure, and I still have digestive issues even though they seem less frequent. The benefit is also only effective for me if I take it consistently (at least every few days). If you suffer from IBS or similar digestive issues, this is absolutely worth a try.

I've been experiencing bloating and constipation over the last couple of years, probably due to stress and perimenopause and possibly genetics. A microbiome analysis showed that my bifidobacteria levels were low, so I decided to give this a try. Within 3 days, I started experiencing more regular bowel movements. There's still some constipation and a fair amount of bloating, even now that I've built up to a full scoop a day, but there's definite improvement. I've ordered the SuperHMO powder and will see if that help resolve the residual issues. I take this on an empty stomach with bacterial and fungal probiotics, by the way, along with a biofilm disruptor that I take at least a couple of hours earlier.

Excellent. Taste is minimal, kind of sweet and sour, can add to any yogurt, coffee or shake and would never taste it.

I get this from time to time, and it seems to help for a little while. It seems like there's a certain point, though, where it just doesn't work anymore. I am a repeat buyer. I would still recommend it.

Getting healthy should be on everyone's list of to dos. This product makes supplementation easy by simply adding to a drink. Your microbiome needs to survive and flourish, so why not add this to your daily regime. Good price and works well. Helps to support digestion and we all need a little boost, in that department.
