The solution is certainly safe enough for your ears and it should work well for regular cleaning. But if your ear canal is severely blocked then there is simply no substitute for visiting a specialist who can manually remove wax using the old-fashioned curette.The spray itself is also incredibly loud. It is almost deafening! So be warned. You also need to do this while you're showering. The procedure is nowhere as neat as that shown in the commercial. Be prepared for a drainage.

This worked well for me and saved me a bundle at the doctor office. I have excessive ear wax and regularly have to do maintenance.I highly recommend getting a doctor to make sure no hole is in an eardrum before applying this stuff.I started out with sweet olive oil in my affected ear with a cotton ball to hold the oil in place at bedtime. I highly recommend placing a towel on a pillow for this.Flush excess wax out with this product the next morning.If that does not work, use caramide peroxide (Debrox or Murine), and then try to flush excess wax out with this again.Caution: Use this product in the shower! It's messy, but it works well. The advantages are that this is a clean product going into your ears and prevents ear infections.Once the ear is really cleaned by the doctor or this product, use sweet olive oil or mineral oil USP once a week in each cleaned ear at bedtime with cotton balls. When necessary (s/b rare) use this product again.

It is uncomfortable to use because it is too cold. I tried pre-heating it in hot water in the sink before using it in the shower. It was slightly better.

I have trouble with wax building up in my ears. I had to go to the doctor a few years ago to have my ears flushed out. It was painful having the procedure done and it was very expensive. I use this spray once a week and I have not had a problem since; even recommended it to a friend who purchased it and likes it. Sometimes before the week is out, my ear may start to itch and I go ahead and use it and my ear is better. I had to order it on-line as the store where I purchased it stopped selling it.

This is an awesome product! If you have waxy buildup in your ears, try this stuff! It foams and floats the wax out. Best to do it in the shower but it can be done over the sink, too.But here is the kicker ... My husband wears hearing aids and requires regular ear flushing. The original murine ear wax removal system is far more effective than this new ear cleansing system.

This product may seem pricey, but it lasts for years. It is the only thing that I have found that adequately cleans my ear canals of wax, and especially hair that falls in there when I trim. I can't bear the itch but one spray in each ears and the problem is gone without the risk of damaging the eardrum. Very gently ear cleaning product.
