Bulk Supplements brand is better!
After I purchased this product I was really satisfied but wanted to see the difference from a highly rated pomegranate powder so I purchased the Veloto brand and found that the Bulk Supplements had a much sweeter and tangier taste. I would recommend this brand hands down. I am disappointed with the Veloto brand and won’t purchase it again.

Potential Health Problems If Consumed
Unfortunately I did not see the itsy bitsy writing on the bottom of the second picture from the top that this product contains a highly processed food additive called MALTODEXTRIN that has a high glycemic index. Even with the small dose I took I could tell something was off. This product could have screwed me up royally. I am very sensitive to these "super sugars". According to an online search maltodextrin can cause rapid spikes in blood sugar levels, which may be particularly concerning for people with diabetes or insulin resistance. It also has potential negative effects on gut bacteria. Even if you are healthy this food additive is questionable to consume. Don't take my word for it, look it up. It infuriates me that the addition of MALTODEXTRIN is not indicated front and center as any additional ingredients should be. I was really looking forward to the health benefits of Pure Organic Pomegranate Powder-$30 in the trash! On the back of the product bag it actually says "Clean & Pure Bulk Supplements"? Can an ingredient so potentially hazardous to the human body be considered "clean & pure". I think not! My recommendation is to let people add their own sweetener if desired!!!
