Natural way to help you sleep
I drink the tea a half hr before bed. It helps me relax. I think it works better hot. I boil my water and let it seep for several minutes. You have to figure out how many leaves you need. I started out just using 3 leaves and half cup of hot water. I prefer 5-7 leaves and half cup of hot water. I sleep at least 7 hrs or more now. I wake up well rested and not drowsy.
