Hello everyone! two quick questions: 1) what is the height of the lowest pull-up bar? 2) what is the horizontal spacing between each pull-up bar?

I'm not sure of the height of the bars (sorry), but I'm 5'8" -- I can stand feet flat on the ground and firmly grab the lowest and the middle bar. The last pull up bar I'm on my tip toes to grab firmly. The spacing between each pull up bar is 8 inches.

Are you able to do incline bench with an adjustable bench? It looks like a bench might hit the rack when adjusted to 45 degrees, then slid back.
