It also helps with fever plus aches and pains associated with the flu. It also alkalizes the body and cleans the bladder and urinary tract. My body utilizes water better when I drink kuding tea. I feel more focused too and there's more clarity. My grandma who was diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure started drinking it from Chinese friend recommendation and she doesn't take insulin or high blood pressure meds anymore and she lost weight too.
