Tatcha handcream is great! It keeps my hands super soft and not dry and cracked like they get in the winter. I even have a auto shipped so I am sure to never run out! Highly recommend! It's a bit pricey but we'll worth it

I have dyshidrosis excema, and I put this cream on my hands every night before I go to sleep. After two weeks my hands started improve! Now the flareups are not nearly as bad, and they die down much quicker. Due to the price, I wouldn't recommend this cream unless you have some sort of hand condition. There's plenty of hand creams that hydrate just as nicely, however, this cream really helps with soothing irritated skin as claimed.
