Does the product come with ingredients listed on it?

I don't know the answer because I bought it for my wife & she has used it all & disposed of the jar. I believe it did have the ingredients listed. You can do a general search for the product from other vendors who might show the front & back of the jar. Is there an expiration date?

I don't have 12 ozs. I purchased in september 2017, 2 ozs tube and the expiration date is november 2019

Why the packaging doesn't looks the same as show on pictures. Does manufacturer change design?
