Worked perfectly arrived how it should and on time

READ ALL. so i ordered the lights and when they came the remote control didn't work. We tried different things to get it working and finally got it working for five-ish minutes. we emailed in saying it wasn't working and we were asked to send in a photo. Within two days the whole thing was sorted and we were told that they are sending us a the whole thing again. FOR FREE. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT: THE WHOLE THING FOR FREE. Honestly amazed with it. also the product itself is amazing, it comes with the lights, the remote, instructions, and then some more adhesive-y type things and extra kinda like connectors. I wasn't expecting so much. There is like 8 levels of brightness and multiple modes. I recommend..DE7...

Brought these lights for my daughters bedroom. Arrived on time, easy to install, adhesion on the back of the strips is good so far only time will tell for how long.After about a day i had a problem with one of the led strips, they wouldn't come on due to a lose connection. I went back to the seller who were happy to send a replacement.Good service overall.

Down side the weight, is to much for the sticky stuff on the back of them! But don't fear,there's a very good strong tape on amazon, and it's not 3m! Just ask a question on this product ,and ill point you in the right direction! The tape as many uses to! In certain scenarios, the sticky stuff on them would be fine,but it was my lads room,and I installed them,all round the top,hence the stronger tape! They can be cut,at certain points,u get loadsa spare connectors, etc,I even brought another 1 as 10 metres wasnt enough,my bad for not measuring the room! Really bright multi colours,flashes etc, wishthese was about when I was young lol defo great product,had them ages ,no problems,what so ever! Top tip,do small runs of the backing tape,and carefully press firm,small scissors,or finger nail,to peel backing from tape as u go! Takes longer but will stick like glue! Last point,make sure your tape is leval on the wall,in small lengths, step back if need be ,to make sure,if u do go slightly, out,gently peal off,and re aline.but on some surfaces,just peel off and start again,u get 2 rolls of the tape I used,and 10 metres takes 2 and a bit rolls! But the tape as multi uses!

I've used this 10m set for a gaming desk backlight and the 20m version from the same manufacturer to fit into the coving all around the room. I wanted the desk to be separate from the room lighting in case I needed to move it in the future There are now two control units and thankfully they both use the same remote control and have the same function. Both sets came with two reels, but the 20m set has a 24v power supply and the 10m one is 12v. Thought I'd mention this as I was going to use a single adapter with a Y splitter to reduce cabling, but I am unable to do this sure to the voltage difference.They look really good though, and my son especially likes the sound activated setting. We've not tried the app yet, as we don't really need it, I may give this a go at a later time.The adhesive has lifted a little on the desk back near some of the corners, so hopefully this will not come away over time.I just hope that they last for a reasonable time as changing the ones around the coving would be a pain!

My daughter added them to her bed room and she is so happy with them. They have so many awesome colours and modes. They give off an amazing glow and look so gorgeous against her walls and go really well with her furniture but I think that there are so many colours these lights would look amazing anywhere. They are also easy to put up, stick to the wall well and great fun to have. (She wrote that herself. Picture shows mesmerized cat in music mode.)

I was use for my child bed room I like it. But I didn't like it the stiker doesn't work properly.

This item arrived in good time and was well packaged. It comes in two strips adding up to the total length which was ok for me as mine were going in different directions. Instructions are ok ish, the sticky back tape is separate with no instructions on how much to use and for me there wasn't enough if it. It does stick well though. The brightness could do with a touch more but some of this could be due to the background it's stuck to. I do like these lights and so far haven't had any problems.

Great led strip lights. I put them up for Christmas decorations around my window and it's really bright and pretty. The remote control is easy to use, and uses Bluetooth to connect. So you have to be in the same room to use. Also the app is easy to configure, and the different styles are fun to use. Colors transitions really well and has so many different colors to choose fromThe sticker is easy to adhere to surfaces, and doesn't get too warm when in use. Overall happy with the product

We read a lot of reviews and decided to go with this product and we are very satisfied and pleased with it. The packaging came perfectly packed with all the needed accessories to install and use it. The double sided tape worked perfectly for us at the back of our media shelf. The LED strip was easy to fold to our desire shape without even cutting it. Really impress by the variety of colors you can get, either with the remote control, but especially with the App. The dynamic mode option for music is really neat and definitely add ambiance to the room. We recommend this brand for anyone looking for an affordable good LED strip.

I liked how easy these were to put up however the length of the cord only put the plug in at about 4 feet off the floor so the extension cord looks pretty bad at the moment until I find a longer adapter and a wat to hide the black box up top. When using 3 strips in a row the lights at the end are much more dim than at the beginning. Its not noticeable until you get to the spot where they both meet. Luckily I put it over the door so when you first walk in no one will see it lol The LEDs are not all evenly coloured but close enough, over all the settings it has are pretty cool and my 6 year old LOVES them.

Highly recommend these led’s. Moreover the customer service is phenomenal. The seller sent a new box even after the warranty period had expired. Contacted directly the seller and showing a great customer service they sent me brand new replacement within a week. Five Stars!

the only reason you should buy this is to have a spare set, the power supply seems a little sketchy, the box says it goes up to 24v it doesn't, it's a 12v power supply which is only enough to power 16.4 ft and not the full 32.8ft, other than that they work fine, easy to install good brightness remote control is ok.
