Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookies, Cookie Baking Mix, 17.5 oz

These cookie mixes are my best discovery now that I’m not cooking much anymore. They are as good as homemade imo and so quick to make! Delicious!

I buy these all the time and make them at least once a month. I've made from scratch many times, but this mix tastes the same to me. Good value and I can add choc chips or nuts to make them even more tasty. I always have these in my pantry and make them for guests and gifts all the time too. Peanut butter is a universal flavor and haven't met anyone yet who doesn't like them.

I've been making these for years and regularly hear how these are the best cookies they've tasted. I add a few tablespoons of peanutbutter and reduce the oil. I also add a tsp of vanilla, a half teaspoon of salt, and half a bag of ghiradelli dark chocolate chips. They think I made it from scratch! It's a guaranteed win.

For whatever reason some of these cookie mixes from Betty Crocker have issues. I’ll make some of them and perfect! No issues! Then I’ll get another package later and suddenly the dough is too dry and won’t combine or hold together, freeze the dough and try again to make it work. Although peanut butter cookies are usually better than the sugar cookies mixes ( that I’ve had dry dough with a lot more). * I do love to bake and rarely use mixes, but I also struggle with dexterity some days or body pain and these mixes help me create a nice snack/dessert easier.

My kids love these peanutbutter cookies! You can't find an easier cookie mix than these. They come together very quickly. My kids love them with a Hershey Kiss on top and a sprinkling of sugar. Just roll the cookies in a bowl of sugar and they come out perfect!

I always buy this brand of package cookie mix whenever I go to the grocery store so when I saw them on Amazon Grocery, I didn't hesitate to add a couple of packs to my cart. I made a skillet cookie with this, using coconut oil instead of butter (because I was out) and pressing the mix into my 10-in cast iron skillet. They baked up beautifully and tasted delicious. I definitely recommend these.

I must admit they are better than the ones I was making and much faster and easier!

This cookie mix is addictive and makes baking a batch of peanut butter cookies so easy and foolproof. Sometimes I'll add chocolate chips or a chocolate kiss in the center if I have them, but they're good just plain too. I like that my hands don't get all sticky, and instead of butter you can use vegetable oil to cut calories. In fact I think I'll make a batch right now.

Being an American and having bought this cookie mix back in the states nigh on 15 years ago, I was so happy to see them available on the UK Amazon site! I haven't yet made them, but I distinctly remember their wonderful peanut-buttery taste and look forward to the day I decide to bake these goodies (any day I don't have to be in the kitchen cooking is a good day, in my opinion!). I often wonder why Brits don't seem to be big fans of peanut butter (my British husband hates the stuff even though my mom tried to convert him by giving him a great big spoonful of Skippy Super Chunk straight from the jar) but yeah, I love pretty much anything peanut butter flavoured. They are dead simple to make, even I can't mess them up (and really, you should see me in the kitchen attempting to cook - it's not a pretty sight!) They arrived quite quickly and securely packed so I am definitely going to be buying many more of these cookie mixes in future! Happy days!! :D

Brought this for my kids and their dad, (I don't like peanut) short date on them (hence the price) but all was ok as wasn't even in the house 24hrs (infact probably wasn't even 5hrs 😂🤦‍♀️) before they baked and scoffed the lot 100% recommend they said they where delicious, now off to buy some more 😊
