Yes but not with SFV @ launch but Madcatz/Capcom are releasing drivers for this 2 work with SFV/PC.

Is the controller reliable?

If I were you I woukd buy another kind of controller. For me this one didn't work well.

Does it have a headphone-jack?

Even if it doesn't have a jack you don't need a Bluetooth. PS4 accepts USB Headsets. I'm using a Logitech G430 with no issues. You may need to check other headset compatibility, but you certainly don't need a Bluetooth. If your headset doesn't have usb, you can look into getting a USB converter.

Well, I tried it on Killer Instinct for PC, and it didn't work. Don't know if that's because Killer Instinct is a Microsoft game, but that's all I have to test it on.
