Can you play with more than 5 players if you add Oceana to the base game?

Accepted Answer

No - this is a 5 player game.  Even if you could figure out how to add a 6th player somehow the game would take a very long time to complete.

can you play with both european and oceania at the same time?

Yes. Just use the newer boards. If you are asking if you can play with more than 5 players, the answer is no because the boards are different.

Does the Oceania expansion pack come with more scoring pads?

Oceania introduces a whole new game component called nectar - it comes with new boards, bird cards and new score pads to incorporate the nectar into play.

will all 3 expansions (base+European+Oceania) fit into the original blue box for bird cards? I put European+basic into the box, and it is almost full.

Yes for regular play, and No for complete storage.... We always play with the Oceania nectars now (even when I teach new people), so I keep the Oceania game boards in the original box that we use regularly, and store the original game boards (which we never use anymore) in the Oceania box, which is just put away in case I ever need anything from it (haven't yet, been playing for over a year).
I put as many of the bird cards as I can in the purple card tray, with the lid secured, and the rest of the few remaining cards fit in one of the ziploc baggies they give you (You can rotate those in & out of the tray, don't need them for each game). I stored the original empty blue card tray in the Oceania box (or you could still use blue tray and store the purple one instead, they are the same size). 
The bonus cards also store in their own ziploc. 
I keep 4 of the food types each in 4 of the plastic boxes they give you that snap together (including nectars) so that I can just take the lids off and they are ready to use. I keep the other 2 food types separated each in a provided ziploc and then just dump them in the lids of the plastic boxes, that I take off the other foods, when we are ready to play. By the way, they give you plenty of ziplocs, you get even more with the expansions! There are also extra plastic boxes, but I keep them stacked empty and disassembled in the box, which I then use for holding eggs during the game (that way each player gets their own personal egg supply near them). To store the eggs in the box though, I keep them in the 2 largest ziploc bags (This includes the bag of 100 speckled eggs that I also have). 
I keep the food dice in their own smallish ziploc, and each set of action cubes separated by color in their own smallest ziploc (they give you just enough of those for each color). The dice and the cubes I then keep in the birdhouse roller tray, stuffing them gently down inside. 
So I am able to make everything we use regularly fit neatly and snugly with the lid closed fully (including a pencil, ready for scoring). I tried different ways after each game, and finally found a storage pattern I like best. This includes the score pad, bird disc, round-end goal squares & mat (kept in a ziploc together), rule books, etc. 
It may seem like a lot of work, but it actually goes pretty quickly with each of the players setting themselves up for the game, and putting their items away afterwards into the ziplocs, etc. 
I also keep the Automa cards, score pad, and rule books in the box, though I have yet to use them. Maybe I will eventually move them to the Oceania box for storage, but I keep holding out that I will try the Automa sometime soon! 
Of course this will all hopefully be a thing of the past, if I get their new Nesting Box that should be coming out around October of 2022, along with their newest Asia expansion (sold separately)! 
The Nesting Box is supposed to hold the original game and ALL the expansions!
