I bought this for my hubby’s desk in his office at work...He loves this cool frame and has had many compliments on it when clients come to meet in his office! I asked him what he really liked about this digital frame and this is what he said… For this frame, size wise, 10” is great for this price.The frame display resolution is really nice! It’s very easy to use this frame... just follow the instructions to install the Frame app on your phone and connect with the frame and you are ready to transfer photos and videos from your phone to the frame. EXTREMELY USER-FRIENDLY!!! The frame has Frameo installed also, and as long as you connect the frame to the power, and follow the instructions displayed on the frame, the software will be updated for the newest version...which is fabulous!!!! This frame is the perfect size for my office desk. The pictures show up with nice resolution and look great! I love looking at pictures of our family from the last year while I am working! Super easy to use and look super nice!!The touch screen on the frame is awesome! It’s all The touchscreen on the frame is awesome! It’s also really cool that your friends and other family members can send pictures and videos to this frame, and great way to share among family members and friends. Bought this for my mother for Christmas and she has LOVED it! Great design, clear picture, and easy to set up and use. We have been able to send the code for the app to family members who then send pictures, it’s been really fun! The only complaint we could have is that the frame could have more setting features to adjust the picture sizes to the frame - this currently gives to options which don’t flatter all photos.

I bought this as a Christmas gift last year but less than a year later the screen is stuck on a specific image and will not move no matter what I try. I contacted the seller and at first they asked me to send them a video of the problem which you cannot do within Amazon's messages. Then they asked me to send a picture and now it's been a month and they have not replied. It's really a shame because I bought about 8 of these last year from different sellers and this is the only brand that didn't last. These are great gifts but buy a different brand. Not worth the hassle.
