This is actually a very potent supplement. It helps me sleep through the night without waking up at 4am. I have tried another brand in the past, that wasn't as effective as this one. But after using it for about a month, I started feeling too sluggish during the day... maybe because my body stopped producing enough cortisol. So I tried stopping it for 2 nights, the second, night I woke up again at 4am with cortisol. I feel that I now need a lower dose of this supplement. I was taking 1 capsule every evening, now maybe I'll take it every alternate day. I wish it came in a smaller dose so I could take it daily.

Have been using this product for a few months. I think it does add to overall health and good for the brain. I do take short break from taking it so it doesn’t become ineffective

This is the best form of serine to assimilate in the body. Works for mental clarity and a better mood. Give it a week or so to really notice better clarity. It will build with time. Make this as one of your improved mental focus products. It should be easily digested for everyone! Enjoy!

This is the best of 5 different vendors I've tried. Clinical studies say take 600mg before bed, so I take 6 capsules. Unlike Swansons, NOW, or Jarrow, this stuff works really well. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the garbage fillers they put in the capsules. But the same crap is in the other vendors as well. By the way, tuna is one of higher sources of Phosphatidylserine. Just be sure you buy SafeCatch tuna, otherwise you will screw your results by ingesting a big load of mercury.

I’ve used a number of brands of this product and this one clearly works the best. Individual biology can vary so you simply have to try various ones until you find a good fit. For me this is the first one that I feel an actual effect from. Very subtle of course, but clearly there. The price point is good too, and that doesn’t hurt.

Toniiq makes great supplements and this is no exception. I have a noticeable reduction in stress induced brain fog and an improvement in memory when taking this product. I have tried to stop after the bottle runs out but always go back.

If it wasn't for the Magnesium Stearate filler, it'd be a 5. Really a bummer that this bad filler is in here. Took it at 6pm and it helped relax before bed. Don't expect miracles. It's more to calm you down a bit.

I bought it for my mum. She has some supplements everyday. Hopefully working well.
