The cleaning performance is excellent — it uses high-frequency sonic technology (around 40,000 strokes per minute), which removes plaque effectively and leaves teeth feeling much cleaner than a manual brush.  The 5 different brushing modes are a great feature, especially the sensitive mode for gentle cleaning and the whitening mode for a polished feel. The smart timer is also helpful as it ensures proper brushing time for each section.  Battery life is impressive — it lasts for many days on a single charge, making it perfect for travel. The waterproof design and travel case add extra convenience.  Overall, it’s a high-quality, reliable product at a reasonable price. Definitely a great investment for better dental care. I had a really good experience with AGARO Cosmic Plus, especially with their customer support. The product itself is good, but what stood out to me was how responsive and helpful the support team was when I needed assistance . They were polite, professional, and actually took the time to understand and resolve my issue rather than giving generic responses. Good after sales support makes a big difference, and they did a great job in that regard. It’s reassuring to know that the company stands behind its product and is willing to help customers when something goes wrong. Overall, a very positive experience with both the product and, especially, the customer service.

Product is good.

It stopped working after exactly a year. They are asking ₹1,100 just to replace the machine, and the replacement comes without any warranty. While I understand that it is technically out of warranty and there may not be much to complain about, I would still expect a product to last longer than its warranty period. I previously used an Oral-B toothbrush that worked perfectly for four years, so in hindsight, it probably makes more sense to spend ₹1,000 extra upfront and invest in a better-quality product. Also, the colour of this product started fading after just six months, which further adds to the disappointment.

It is such a good product in the price range as my sensitivity problem is been solved as it has one of its option. It provides multiple brizzles and the travel case is superb.
