do they have skin and bones?

Yes. These are large sardines with nearly transparent skin and soft bones which are very nutritious but can be removed if desired. Ortiz is the best!

Are the cans bpa free?

I checked the can and there is no mention of BPA. I checked Google and I read that if it isn't listed as BPA free then it isn't. Also, the one brand that is BPA-free is Wild Planet Wild Sardines.

Are these sardines pack in alluminum cans?

Yes, all the Ortiz sardines I have purchased have been in aluminum cans.
