Lovely tea
My new favourite tea. Has a nice minty taste and smell without being too overpowering. Easy on my stomach and caffeine free so can have plenty of cups to warm myself and feel refreshed. Get 4 boxes every month and last me for at home and work.

It’s great that it’s naturally caffeine-free, so it works well in the evening or anytime you want something light without affecting sleep. I’ve found it quite soothing after meals as well. The tea bags brew quickly and give a consistent flavour each time, and the aroma is fresh without being too strong. No bitterness either, which can sometimes happen with mint teas. Overall, a simple but high-quality herbal tea that does exactly what you want. Ideal for relaxing and a nice change from regular tea or coffee. Would definitely buy again.
