I love using in anything I bake. You don’t have to use a lot, grate less than 1/4 tsp to 6cups of flour. My bread and pastries smell and tastes great!

I used these to infuse some Velvet Falernum for cocktails. Excellent flavor and color. I sliced easily in half and put two in the liqueur. Great nutty flavor and richness infused
