I'd like to start by saying that - I can't stop sniffing this wallet. The leather smells so darn good that it's like febreez for my back pocket. ...... OK! So...on to the other stuff. Quality: The build of this wallet is good. Almost TOO good. Firstly, there are 12 (TWELVE) card slots, inner compartments for all the stuff you don't want your wife to find, a slot for your ID AND a cash sleeve for all of the money you're going to take out of the ATM only to lose little by little to homeless people and the washing machine. Why is this a problem? Well, when you actually USE most of those card slots along with the ID and little other whats-its that you carry around on your person, the wallet become so bloated that you genuinely feel like George Kastanza (sp? - oh and I'm sorry for any of your that were born after 1990 that will not get that reference). Using all 12 slots is just - not feasible unless you're alright with pre-disposing yourself to scoliosis. The card sleeves tolerance is so tight that, getting your cards in - and then BACK OUT (ya know, to use then and pay for stuff) becomes a fumbling, bottom-lip-biting, under-breath cursing session if you're trying to get one of them out whilst sitting at the drive-thru trying to pay for your chic-fil-A. I imagine this will go away after a while and it breaks itself in, but even still - another 1/64th of an inch and it would be divine. Speaking of divine, did I mention how good this leather smells?? Buy it. Sniff it. Put your money in it.....and then sniff your leather-scented money later.

It is a wallet. It smells like a wallet. It’ll take up most, if not all of the palm of your hand when held, it’s decent sized but fits well in small pockets. Looks good, I like the color I chose. The material is good too, good stitching and nice leather, easy to hold onto, lots of grip. Easy to flip open to grab cards, lots of room for organization. I like it.

Well, I reordered this wallet because I've used it a few times before and the previous one started getting worn. This isn't the same one that I'd used previously even though I reordered from the same listing. It's bigger in my pocket, but doesn't hold as many things. It has plenty of pockets and slots, possibly more than the old one, but it just doesn't hold as many items comfortably without feeling like it's too full and doesn't want to close as well. Also, the outside of the previous version was smooth and had a nice feel whereas this newer one feels more stiff. It's still a decent wallet, but I purchased it because I've been a fan of the quality of the several wallets I've gotten from this brand, this just isn't the same. Perhaps the wrong one was shipped. Who knows. I know I carry a lot in my wallet. The older version held it all better (and more) and took up less space.

Great wallet, I recommend this wallet to anyone who is wanting a sturdy and solid wallet.

I purchase this wallet for my husband and it is amazing. It's only been 3 days so this is fairly fresh. The wallet has plenty of little pockets (about 12) so it is definitely good enough for all of your cards ( credit, debit, license, business cards, your money etc.), the little window for your license also looks durable so if your are in the habit of constantly removing your ID, the sticking doesn't look like it's going to fall apart soon(but once again only time will tell). It is soft, definitely not bulky and overall it feels durable and genuine leather. The way I would describe it is to think of a leather cover in a really expensive couch, after you sat on it for a week, it's just soft baby's feet. It terms of smell, it didn't a pungent or standout smell to me, it just smells like a new wallet. But overall, my husband loves it for now, so we'll have to wait and see how he fells about it in 2 months, if he feels differently I will upload his review with pictures.

My old trifold wallet had fallen apart so I thought I would try this one. It is the Alpine Swiss Bifold Trifold Hybrid. Unlike most bifold wallets where there is a center section for extra cards (usually made of plastic that falls apart in a year) the Hybrid's third section is made of leather that is sown onto the end of the right outside edge of the wallet. This gives the wallet one extra panel of credit card slots and on the front side a space to put your Drivers License or ID card that is easy to see and easy to get out. When the wallet is open to show the ID, there are two panels of credit cards that are not visible. This is where I keep my credit/debit and health cards. There is one panel for cards that is visible with the ID showing. I keep my AAA, gym card and electronic keys here. Behind each credit card panel is a pocket where you could put additional items (business cards, foreign currency?). These are the features I like. Now for the negatives: first with the credit card slots full there is no way that this will be a slim wallet, second, the money pocket is not deep enough for the currency to disappear completely. With only fourteen bills in the money compartment the edges showed. Bottom line I consider this a quality wallet at a great price especially for those who have numerous cards.

This is the second one of this make and design my husband has had in the past 10 years or more. He is very hard on a wallet but also has specific things he needs. I hope this style sticks around for a other 10+ years when I need another or I may need to stock up on them. They are durable to the end - literally. He would have kept using it had I not seen that the interior lining had ripped and the seams around one of the card slots had pulled loose due to how hard. he is with it. Had I not noticed it, he would have gotten several more years of use out if it :)

I seem to need to carry 10-12 different cards and this is an excellent wallet to organise them and have them handy. Also allows for two windows for photo ID cards. Works well for me.
