Once you close the inside clasp, to get it off, I had to put the bracelet in a vice to keep it from spinning on my wrist, then I had to wedge the tiny screw driver that came with it under the inside locking clasp and hit it with a hammer to get it to release. This makes it nearly impossible to get off, making information on the back impossible to see until it's either cut off or removed the way I had to use to remove it. Useless for emergency staff to see both sides. This poor engineering makes this long waited for (it takes weeks to get here) bracelet useless to me in a real emergency.
