The OtterBox Performance Glass Series for iPhone 12 & iPhone 12 Pro and the OtterBox Amplify Glass are different products with similar performance levels and features.

I purchased this item based on the following : Question: Will this fit the iphone12pro otterbox defender case?? Answer: Yes! The OtterBox Performance Glass Series screen protector for iPhone 12 & iPhone 12 Pro is compatible with our Defender Series for these devices. . So why is this now the 2nd time the item has separated from then phone ? faulty product ? And WHY should the consumer have to pay any charges when product is obviously defective ? return policy states : Free returns are available for the shipping address you chose. You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition: no shipping charges. when you try to install it that makes it used right ? I am definitely NOT happy with the item but to even return it for a refund I get charged which is wrong . So how should we proceed ? thanks

Only if you take EXTREME care to apply it EXACTLY evenly all the way around. Once applied it CANNOT be removed and reapplied.
