Using it since 1 month and there is no issue. Compact, less noise and cleans dust perfectly. Overall good product. However there seems to be issue with ordering the spare parts (I wanted HEPA filter). They don't sell it online or through their site. I had to order it offline through their staff. I will again give my review after 1 year use.

Have been using it since March. Useful and good suction. However, recently encountered an issue as the dust was falling out of the machine. Since there was no direction or possible malfunctioning had to visit multiple youtube channels and found that it was due to the clogged pipe.

I am writing this review after using this product for almost three months now, i would say anyone who has a budget of 2K to 3K can go for this vaccum. Its a best at this price. Pros: 1. Being a vaccum, it does its job very well. I have a pet and it is very easy to clean his hair from bed, sofa and floor. 2. Wire is too long that you can use it easily at a distance. 3. The stand is easy to use you just have to stand straight to use this if you have bad back ache. 4. Bagless so it is very easy to clean it. Cons: 1. It is a little noisy. 2. After detaching the front part to use drawers, it is a little heavy. I recommend this product.

It was terribly poor quality. It stopped working hardly after a month. I expected better brand value of Kent. Highly disappointing.

I purchased three vacuum cleaners from Kent, and initially all of them were working perfectly. After about six months, one unit started having an issue — it began emitting unusual motor power disturbance while running. I immediately contacted Amazon and the customer support team. I must say, their response was quick and professional. They understood the issue clearly and arranged a full replacement without unnecessary delay. If the product had an inbuilt heat sensor or automatic cut-off feature, this issue might not have occurred — perhaps running it continuously for around 15 minutes without giving it a short rest caused the problem. That said, I truly appreciate the strong after-sales support and the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction. The replacement process was smooth, and the new unit is working perfectly. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product quality and the service experience. Highly recommended! 👍

For the price, this is a reasonably decent vacuum cleaner for general use. It is not for heavy duty cleaning, so expecting that will lead ti disappointment. The vacuum has low runtime of a few minutes and heats up very quickly. One of the bigger issues, is that there is very less chance of getting a replacement filter. The filter also clogs easily decreasing the performance. If your budget permits go for a higher quality model

Powerful and good cleaning. Easy to clean and put back together. Size is compact and easy to store. Battery and charge lasts a decent amount of time, can clean 3/4th house in one charge.
