What is the difference between the #41 True Steel & the # 42 Silver lining?

#41 is more dark silver color and the #42 is lighter...

Can this be used to cover blonde hair?

My hair was platinum when i used this product and although it's a wash out product it actually stayed in my hair because my hair became so porous. it will not cover dark hair so yes it will cover blonde.

If hair is partially grey, how will roux fanci-full #2 affect hair that is not grey?

If your non-grey hair is darker, there will be no affect whatsoever. The Fanci-full rinse will only add color to the grey hair. My hair is exactly that "partially grey", the rinse, White Minx removes the yellow tones that you see now.
