I practice on the Muk Jong and do daily arm conditioning and can safely say that this stuff makes a big difference in my recovery. I don't think I could do nearly the volume or intensity if I didn't have this on hand. it relieves pain and makes quick recovery of bruises. The bottle will last anywhere between 1-3 months depending on the amount you use and the frequency, so price per use is solid too. Highly recommend for martial artists or people who either bruise frequently/easily. 10/10

I work out a lot, so I have my fair share of muscle pain. I love natural products, as opposed to the chemicals of other products. My acupuncturist recommended this to me. This has a bit of a smell, so I wouldn't use it and then go out (will make your clothes smell a bit too). I use it before I go to bed. It will seem like it's not a thick enough liquid - that's fine - I just use multiple layers. You have to REALLY rub it in and you'll feel a nice warm feeling in your muscles about 30 minutes after you use it. One thing: WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER USING. Trust me. Do not touch your eyes, nose, mouth, open wounds or nether regions. It will not feel good.

It helps wonders for my husband‘s forearms and for his arms and his knees where he has most of his problems from working out and it helps me a little bit with my back because I have a lot of back issues. It’s not a wonder drug but it’s not been gay either it’s a lot better than BenGay it doesn’t have a distinct smell and it’s just you apply it and you feel better within the next few minutes it doesn’t last too long but it’s good enough for me

Got earlier than expected. Trying it out to see how it helps my right hand. Been having a sharp pain for a while. Haven't seen any huge results...yet. but I do wonder if it should be aged longer like one reviwer mentioned. There's a date on mine... Is this a bad thing or a good thing? Still new to this kind of product.

Not just for Marshal Arts! This Dit Da Jow is pretty amazing... I smashed my finger in a pliers and it immediately swelled to twice it's size and started turning black! Incredibly painful! I poured some of this Dit Da Jow over it - and I watched the swelling go down! The pain dissipated and by this morning it looks - and works like a normal finger! Just bought it again! This time I dropped a weight on my wrist - ugh! Talk about swelling! And once again with application of this amazing product, I felt like I was watching one of those 'fast forward' films! The bruising, swelling, discoloration - and pain - was nearly normal by the next morning!

Is this item supposed to be liquid with a lot of granular bits? That seems really gross. The consistency is just like water, so it seems strange as a 'massage in for 1 munute.’ It’s really more of put tjis brown water with bits of stuff in it on your skin. I am not excited about using it again. Scent was also different from when my acupuncturist used it.

It immediately worked on a finger that was painful to bend. The finger is still a bit stiff but the pain is gone. The stiffness may go away with continued use but the pain being gone is more important for me.

I bought the Dit Da Jow, Bruise Juice, and Ancestors Advanced Dit Da Jow. All overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations. The Dit Da Jow is great for muscle aches and normal wear and tear. Bruise Juice is awesome for clearing up the bruises from body conditioning. Finally the Ancestors Advance is simply amazing for sprains or constant pains from past injuries or arthritis. I will be using their products for life! So glad I made that purchase. I have never found anything that works better!
