BOTH crutches had a missing red clip on hand grips. How did these get sent out this way? Cannot use without clips to secure hand grips in place. They also seem cheaply made. Amazon graciously refunded at my request. Thankyou.

These tings rattle with every step. Loose tolerances and cheaply made. The upper telescoping adjustment was pinching the hair on my forearm with every step, so I covered it with electrical tape. But the worst part is the crutch tip. They wore down to bare metal in less than a week of light use. I discovered the wear problem when one of the crutches slid out and I almost fell. No excuse for using such shoddy materials. This is a case of Medline cutting costs everywhere that is possible. They could have used high-grade natural rubber, but that would have hurt their profit margin.
