Very Useful For Me, 3rd Purchase
I have two raised beds devoted, mostly, to strawberries. I use these to cut off the runners, that if not stopped, will stop the berries from flowering and producing berries. The plant regularly sends out runners to spread, and once they take hold, production of berries slows, and energy goes into producing a new plant. These are comfortable to hold in the hand, easy to open [slide down a plastic 'lock' button], and easy to lock closed [reverse the open sliding button]. And, the edges of the blades cut easily. I would not recommend them for woody stems, like twigs, as they do not seem to be designed for that purpose. I love these, and they are the 3rd pair I have bought. They seem to disappear on me.However the point of the blades can be quite sharp and open holes in pockets [while carrying them] or skin, if falls are possible while carrying them in hand. I carry them on the tray for harvesting the berries with a thumb on the nut used to swivel the blades open. I don't often fall, but the yard is uneven and has 'dog bombs' so footing is not certain. The pair I purchase recently is to replace an earlier purchase that I think may have gone off with a family member. If cared for, cleaned, etc. these should last for a very long time.

good product, a little on the small size
they work great, the only problem you might have is they are a little small, so if you have large hands, i wouldn't recommend these.for anyone with average or small hands, these are great, they are easy to get into tight little spots and they are plenty sharp enough to cut a pretty good sized branch

Great for picking hot peppers
This is my second pair of these gardening scissors. I bought a pair last year that I used for picking my hot peppers and they worked great. Well, until they fell out of my pocket when I was walking back across the yard from the garden. I didn't know they had fallen out until my husband mowed them up with the lawn mower, or more accurately, destroyed them with the lawn mower. The stainless steel portion survived, but the handle was destroyed. They worked the best of any gardening scissors I've used for my hot peppers so I ordered another pair to have ready for this year's garden. They also worked great for picking other items in the garden that needed snipped from the plant. Best gardening tool ever! And this year I'll make sure they are securely in my pocket when I'm not using them!

You pay for what you get... very disappointed
These are cheap and poorly made. They broke on the guest use while cutting basil. The middle spring popped out. I do not recommend these shears.

Rust
They got rusty within a few months and they've never gotten wet or anything. Super sharp at first though.

Not Quite Pruning Shears
I don't know if I would call these pruning shears. They are very lite weight and are more meant to be "snippers". I used these to cut grapes from the vine and they couldn't handle thick stems. They are sharp and feel good in your hand. Probably best for trimming flowers and house plants.

The best trimming shears I have ever used
The best trimming shears I have ever used! These are even better than the big name brands (Fiskars, Grow Pro). They were the sharpest and finest point out of the five different shears i purchased. They also have staged sharper longer, while fighting through even the stickiest meds...only to ask for more. They cleaned up very easy, gently running a razor blade down the edges, and wiping it off with either some S.O.S. or rubbing alcohol/hand sanitizer. If you can find these for a decent price, buy a couple pair. They went fast once "Croptober" hit, but hopefully they will restock their supply sooner rather than later. Trust me when I say that your helpers or bud tenders will appreciate you choosing these over the other brands.

Great except the lock
Works great. I use them to cut the dead flowers off my plants. Hate the lock though. It is a pain to slide and often I just give up and leave them open. Would be nice if it came with some sort of a sheath to keep them from poking a hole in my garden tote.
