Therapeutic Hand Cream, Hyaluronic Acid & Niacinamide Lotion, 3oz

I started using CeraVe Therapeutic Hand Cream because my hands can get very dry from frequent washing, and I wanted something that actually helped without leaving a greasy layer behind. This turned out to be one of the better hand creams I have used. The texture is rich enough to feel protective, but it absorbs surprisingly well. After applying it, my hands feel softer and more comfortable without that slippery feeling that makes it annoying to touch a phone, keyboard, or anything else right afterward. That balance is probably my favorite part. The formula also feels very calming on dry, rough areas. With ingredients like hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and dimethicone, it feels more like a treatment than just a basic scented lotion. I especially like using it after washing my hands or before bed, when my skin tends to feel the driest. Another big plus is that it does not rely on a strong fragrance. For a hand cream that I may apply several times during the day, I actually prefer something simple and non-distracting. The 3 oz tube is compact enough to keep on a desk, in a bag, or next to the sink, and a small amount goes a long way. After using it consistently, my hands feel smoother and less rough, especially around the knuckles and other dry spots. Overall, this is a very dependable hand cream for anyone dealing with frequent hand washing, dryness, or cracked skin. It moisturizes well, absorbs quickly, and is easy to use throughout the day.

Oh I love this cream! It absorbs really fast with zero greasy residue. I just applied it not even 3 minutes ago and my hands feel amazing. It's doesn't have that awful smell you usually find with most unscented products. It actually has a soft scent that doesn't smell like chemicals and doesn't smell like fragrance. I got this to replace another highly recommended hand cream that I was leaving a grease trail any time I touched anything prior to washing it off which completely defeats the purpose. Plus my hands don't feel sticky from it. A great buy to keep on me and by my bedside table.

The best hand cream you’ll ever use, it absorbs so quick and leaves my hands feeling great which is super important for me because I wash my hands so many times in the day but also am constantly touching my computer mouse right away after applying. My mouse still looks pristine and my hands feel great. I’ve been applying it multiple times daily for the past couple weeks and it still isn’t even close to running out and there’s practically no scent which I found nice as well.

I have dry hands from working in an AC office all day so I would get cracks in my finger webs and this really helps with healing and soothing. I only have to apply it once and it keeps it moisturized all day. I do like that it doesn’t leave an oily feeling, but you do need to apply a generous amount to keep in moisture. I think this could be a case-by-case basis because my skin can get so dry that I would need to use more product than others.

So I used Pro-Active for almost three months (left a review) unfortunately did not get the results I was hoping for. I began to think maybe it was an age thing or hormonal issue so I did some searching and found this item. I read some of the reviews and figured I would give it a shot. Now when I got it-the directions say only a dime size start out once if sensitive skin but I started out twice a day. And right after the first time my face was amazingly smooth it felt like a day of grime had been washed away. It does say you can do it 3x a day and that’s what I do… but so far I’m having great results and it’s been almost a week? And the bottle is pretty big for the application of only using a dime size and yes only a dime because it does create a lot of wash! So over all so far: great product, price, and quality

This product is fricken amazing. Background story/review: So, I have dyshidrotic eczema on my fingers which basically means my fingers blister and is very itchy all of the time. Obvi I have scratch the living crap out of my hand until it’s bleeding and sad. AND on top of that, it’s roni szn so I’m washing my hands like crazy (aka it’s dry as a mf). If you are suffering like I was, this product will give you life. I’ve tried probably every non-scented hand cream in the market. I’m talkin bout Nivea, Kiehls, Eucerin and Aveeno. I found those creams way too watery or too greasy. THEN, I fricken bought the CeraVe hand cream. My eczema? CURED. I wish I could attach my before and after pics bc you will 100% buy this hand cream if you saw it. It has niacinamide which helps strengthen weakened skin. It has ceramides which helps prevent dryness/irritation AND creates a barrier for your skin (aka we buildin a new layer of healthy skin, baby). And lastly, it has hyaluronic acid which increases moisture in your skin AND treat burns and damage. AMAZING. What to expect: Your quality of life will improve. My honest initial reaction was “wow, I just wasted money bc this is so watery aka I’m gonna have to reapply a million times an hour,” but then I rubbed my hands together and it somehow thickened up without annoying me with grease. I do have to reapply every other hour but whatever I’d do that in a heartbeat if it will take away my eczema. Amazing. Just amazing.

I'm in love with CeraVe Therapeutic Hand Cream for Dry Cracked Hands with Hyaluronic Acid... However, I did not receive the 3 oz. free item with my order and only now, reviewing my purchase, did I see it was supposed to be included. Be careful to check every item you order and receive against your invoice. Now let me state that I have noticed a huge marked improvement in the moisturizing and softness of my hands and the value is great. CeraVe is not greasy and it lasts a long time; you only need to use about a dime-sized amount to moisturize. The most important part about using this product is as I age - whoo-hoo I just turned 68 - it has lifted my spirits when I look at my hands. I moisturize with it after I do dishes, wear gloves when cooking and cleaning, and apply it at bedtime - be sure to moisturize each finger individually, including your cuticles. I also ordered cotton gloves from Amazon to wear at night. After my bath, I moisturize my hands with CeraVe . Try it, you won't be disappointed. My 16-year-old granddaughter uses it and her hands look truly amazing; which is why I tried it in the first place - LOL! I've been so busy moisturizing that I can't share a before and after photo or video because I was embarrassed at how dry my hands looked until I discovered CeraVe!

It dries my hands out! This is hard for me. I LOVE CeraVe. It's my brand. I use all their products for my facial skincare items and even for my body moisturizer. So I thought when I needed to find a new hand cream, moisturizer, lotion, whatever, it was going to, obviously, be CeraVe, right? I ordered this 2 weeks ago, and I am so excited because what can go wrong, because it has all the same goodies: Hyaluronic Acid, 3 essential Ceramides, and Niacinamide. When I apply cream to my hands, it's fine. My dry hands are relieved, and it feels good. But I kid you not, less than 5 minutes later, my hands are dry as a bone again. So here I am again, applying more. I'm already out of this bottle. I'm in a reapply loop. Something's wrong. I'm embarrassed to admit, I went onto Chat GPT to get information. It said this cream may be good for normal skin, but because I have dry skin, it's not for me. The issue is: Silicones (dimethicone + cyclo- silicones), and it has low occlusion (no heavy sealers), and Hyaluronic acid without enough barrier support. Chat also said Salt (sodium chloride) can be slightly drying, and it's in these ingredients. Chat gave me some other product recommendations to try. LOL. Anyway, I love you, CeraVe, but you weren't a hit for me in the hand cream department, but I don't think it was entirely my fault or your fault.
