What is the length of the sleeve and the length of the back for a size small?

The medium is 23 “ from top of collar in back. The sleeves are 19 from shoulder to end of arm. I wear a sports bra under since there aren’t any cups. I normally wear a small top, the medium fits tight.

I am 5 ft 2 inches tall at 185 pounds. what size would you recommend? most clothes i wear large or xl depending on the fabric.

I’m 5’6” and 185, bust is 38dd. what size should i get??

I'm also a 38D, weigh 230 and stand 5'8" and I got the 5XL. I've noticed the arms fit well, there's enough room in the chest area but around the torso it fits but has a tendency to ride up. So after swimming laps I find it bunches up under my boobs. But I tug it down, reposition it, another stream of cool water pours over my torso and wakes me up, and I go on with my laps. For me it's the coverage on the arms and shoulders that's important to keep me warm. These neoprene tops do stretch in size, in the water. Make sure your waist size matches their sizing chart as I've found thats the tightest part of the top.

The fit is great, but the cuffs are cutting circulation to my hands. Do they stretch out at all?

I haven’t bought a wetsuit but from what I read, wetsuits let’s water in so it is between a person and wetsuit so the water heats to keep your body warm. I am commenting because I see a reply that cuts are tight not to let water in.
