It’s early days but the milk frother works well and produces a really nice smooth milk, nicc to have with coffee or hit chocolate.

It is powerful, but could do with a few other settings to reduce power when needed. If doing say gravy in a small pad it will splash everywhere. Whisk isn't really up to much, but it will work under protest with thin batter mix, even though it is powerful. You really been a hand whisk or plug in for tgat

I have only had this for a few weeks now and to be fair I am not using it daily however when I do need it there is power to spare. It froths, whips and otherwise is reliable so far. I also LOVE that it is a rechargeable unit so I am not creating e-waste with dead single-use or expired rechargeable batteries. ADD EDIT! In March of this year, I decided I really should charge it, because the charge was STILL working. I only use this when there is a power outage and my Espresso Machine is not available or to make a frothy drink. So astoundingly the charge that it shipped with in July was STILL viable. However I decided that I really should top it up, but sadly it seemed that the charge function was failing there was no red indicator light. I reached out to Elisa and asked her if she thought it might be charging anyway, even with no light. And I was stunned and exceptionally happy when she wrote back that she was sending a replacement out ASAP! I mean their customer service impressed me all to heck when they reached out to ask if I was happy with the frother back when I first purchased it. But this tops it all I have NEVER had a company stand so solidly and completely behind the product they ship EVER this is not just an amazing and powerful tool the company that makes it is ethical and responsible and I can HIGHLY recommend both to anyone.

I've been hesitating to get one of these little tools for the longest time and finally decided to get it. Looking at reviews and checking the various models available, I landed on this one because I just don't want to have to deal with batteries anymore. Well, it turned out to be the right decision! This little gadget is amazing. Takes seconds to turn a small amount of milk into an overflowing cup of frothy topping. The whisk attachment is great when making omelettes too, much quicker than beating eggs by hand and does a much better job to boot. Basically any small mixing job you have to do, you can do it with this, and it cleans up in a flash. It I drop it and break it, I will order another one as soon as I pick it up off the floor. Should have bought one years ago! Oh! A little tip... make sure you have enough space in the cup, mug or container you are using this in for the first time. I tried to 'stir' a full cup of coffee with it the first time and discovered that the power of this tiny device can result in coffee EVERYWHERE! It took me half an hour to clean up, and I was laughing all the time I was doing it. LOLOLOLOL

The product is fantastic and does everything I wanted it to do, save for the cycle speed functionality. I hate that once you're done, you have to cycle through two other speed settings to get back to the same speed again. Surely there's a simple fix??

Absolutely love this item, works like a charm. Charge lasts a very long time! Superior quality!
