cardstock what is the thickest you can use

I have used up to 24 lb paper and 80 lb cardstock. Not sure about the thickest. It should tell you when you look at the schematics.

is this cartridge used for watercoloring printing?

Watercoloring is used for WATERCOLORING--brushes, paper, pigment, water. Render your original in traditional tools, scan it into a graphics program (PhotoShop, etc.), and use the included editing tools. Or, use an IPad Pro 12.9 and Procreate software and digitally "paint" in the included watercolor brush tool set. You must have an Apple pencil to do this, however, but you can create exceptionally accurate watercolor-simulated paintings. Check out this website: www.https://procreate.com/
