If you keep your carbs reasonably low; It works! Drink plenty of water and it actually works.

With good expectations, I am starting.
I'm starting to take them today so I don't have an opinion on whether they work or not, but when I opened the container there were a couple of pills stuck like taffy to the lid that comes with a security seal. I threw away those two pills because it was as if the cap had melted and joined the pills, the rest was normal. I'll be back in a month to update how it went, I need to lose 33 pounds so with a healthy diet and moderate exercise we'll see how much it helps me.

This is a good product to achieve in your weight loss goals.
This product, helps you in your weight loss progress, it takes about week or so, and eating a sensible diet, with exercise, it will help you in weight loss goals, and it do help control your appetite the down fall Is that you have to take three capsules a day, makes this product a little costly, but overall I like like this product.
