I used this item daily for two months, exactly as directed, hoping to see an improvement in my triglyceride levels. Unfortunately, after retesting my blood work, my triglycerides were still high with no noticeable improvement. I had high expectations based on the claims, but in my experience, this product did not deliver any results. I also didn’t notice any other health benefits during the time I was taking it. Everyone’s body is different, but for me, this supplement did not help lower my triglycerides at all. I would not purchase it again.
