Uncle Luke's Pure Maple Syrup, 32 Ounce

Excellent maple syrup - I'm so glad I can order this from Amazon. Sure, maple syrup is pricey -- but it's real and the taste is unbeatable and not capable of substitute. I don't think it is snobby to prefer the real thing to the mass produced corn syrup pancake toppings -- this is the real deal and worth every penny. I believe I was directed toward this brand because of high marks from ATK or Cook's Illustrated.

Good product. A bit more runny than i expected but it lasts for a long time and has great flavor. Perfect for waffles and pancakes.

I have had Uncle Luke's maple syrup and this is NOT it. Uncle Luke's is a 100% Canadian product. This Sam's Club syrup is listed as made in Canada and the United States. Which part is made in the USA? This is watery and and lacks flavor. They might be using Uncle Luke's name, but either this is not Uncle Luke's or it is being blended with something else when it is being packaged in the USA.

Based on an America's Test Kitchen review, we tried this Uncle Luke's syrup.We threw it away a few weeks later.Compared to Coombs Family Farms Organic Grade A Dark - usually available on Amazon - , which we were accustomed to, Uncle Lukes was thin and had a relatively odd flavor, a flavor that we found unpleasant.

This is excellent maple syrup at a great price.My only complaint is the cap was cracked, enabling air to enter the bottle. How this will effect the syrup while it's stored in the fridge remains to be seen.If I encounter a cracked cap in a subsequent order, I will deduct a star from my rating.

This is a mediocre syrup. I have had better. The consistancy is a bit more runny. I only buy it if i am in a pinch and purchase at sams club for 13.xx. Flavor will always be better with grade b syrup.

DELICIOUS maple syrup. Great price!!! I would have given 5 stars, but both bottles came with busted caps. I've seen that in a lot of other reviews. Not sure why that is such a problem for this design, but if the cap was in tact, it would be perfect. The syrup is great, and I will definitely buy again, even with the busted cap.
