I love this product I usually have adverse effects when taking collagen supplements but not with these. Quality item and I recommend this brand - I usually take at night so I get the best results.

I bought it for a knee joint pain and it worked! It also helped my nails get decent. I'm 77 and my bones hurt, my skin is thinning, my hair is thinning and my nails were despicable. Thanks to HUM I am repaired. I tested other collagen pills and HUM gave me the best results. I've been taking collagen for 8 months and I feel like it took 7 months to get relief for all of my complaints. Mostly, I was amazed at my nails and my skin improving. I wished my doctor would have told me to start taking collagen.

This collagen is good but not great. I do see results after using it for the past six months. I've used other more expensive brands and felt they were more potent, making my skin glow. This one seems just to make my hair and nails grow faster and stay strong. For the price, I'm satisfied and have kept using it. Easy to digest. No real odor or taste when taking. No side effects. *Be aware that they never ship this on time. It is always delayed. I've had to purchase extras to keep on hand because I've run out waiting on the delay. They seem to have stock issues, so keep that in mind when ordering. If it continues, I might have to go with a more reliable brand.

I started the zepbound shots and I was worried about a turkey neck and other saggy skin from the weight loss. I started using these capsules about 60lbs ago and I do believe they have helped. The may have also helped me avoid part of the side effect of hair loss too. I cannot state for a fact they have had any effect, but it does appear that my skin is not sagging as much as it did when I first started losing weight years ago. I am a 57 year old man and I have been overweight and obese since my 20s, so I know my skin is used to being pushed to its outer limits. I am on my 7 month usage of them and I plan on continuing to use them. As for the thinning hair, I believe the new volume Kendra 25 hairspray I started at the same time as this collagen has been a great combo.

If i could i would give this product a zero. Did absolutely nothing and to make it worse, after subscribing to try it for 3 months, when I tried to cancel my subscription and remove all my info, including payment info, the corporation made it extremely difficult to do so, with no guarantees my info is removed and not sold somewhere since I am unable to do the process myself on their website. SCAM company. Avoid at all costs!

Easy to take and swallow. I wish they didn’t require 3 separate doses. I’ve been using them for about 2 months now. I don’t think I see any noticeable difference (yet). But hopefully by 4 months I see a positive improvement. It’s hard to tell because I already have good skin but I think it could do a better job of reducing fine lines and plumping skin.
