Faber Neutron Pro Ro + Uv + Mat +Copper Guard + Ph Enhancer, 10 Liter, Suitable Upto 2500 Tds

I have been using this Faber Neutron aqua guard for two years and it's just amazing water is very good, fresh and high functioning. Copper guard and UV present in it makes it more reliable very nice. 🫶🫶

Worst service. Customer care and technician as well no response after escalation also for more than 5 days

I recently bought this RO and it is working as per expectation, easy to install, storage capacity and appearance are perfect. And as per the price it is affordable

I would like to provide my comments on the four aspects that are involved in getting the product ready to use and seeing its performance: 1. Delivery of the product : 4 Star - very good - On time, received in good condition in its original Faber box/packageing. 2. Product Quality at opening/installation: 2 Star - Poor - The RO membrane housing unit could not be opened and the service person tried very hard and its top part got broken and became unusable. Rest of the parts were ok. Definitely, no one expects such a part of a product from a premium brand and high end product. 3. Product installation: 3 Star - OK - He didn't want to get replacement for the defective product and tried hard to open the RO membrane hosuing, but couldn't and it got broken. Though he went and brought a replacement part for that, it is a local made duplicate and not like a original part. As it is just a housing part, I decided to go ahead with it. The service technician can handle the filter more carefully. Also, I had to ask him for everything like checking with TDS meter, etc while I expected a good technician to demonstrate the features and quality by himself. 4. Product Functioning/Quality: 4 Start - Very Good - It has good filteration capabilities - Got around 50-60 TDS output water from the 180-200+ TDS input water. Also, noticed that about 10-15litres of water drains out while filtering 10ltrs of water in the storage tank of the unit.

I have been using Faber water purifier for years now. It’s an excellent product. Moreover the support for installation and service is very prompt and efficient. This new one was installed at 7 pm without any issues.

The product and it's out put is excellent. However installation person who came truly unprofessional. Initially he gave time installation and didn't turned up. I am staying at 30th floor and water tank is located at 33rd floor. The installation technician informed me about the necessity of pressure regulator valve. As the water tank and the unit installed in the house experiencing less than 1.5 kg/cm2 pressure actually the PRV was not required. But technician was insisting about PRV and told he is not responsible if leak starts in the event nin installation of PRV. He charged Rs. 850 for the PRV which is costing only Rs. 200 in the market. He didn't bother to keep the RO unit affixed inside cabinet on the screws instead simply kept inside, this led to water accumulation below the RO unit. He even routed tubings inappropriately. All these events were apprised to the concerned as well as Faber call centre. No response observed. Subsequently local person was engaged to rectify all deficiencies

An extremely poor product with an abhorrent delivery and installation services. We received a product with broken filters and when we brought this to light with the service agents during the installation process instead of accepting the defect, they started blaming us and the delivery service. Despite being in warranty, they asked us to pay 1500 ruppees additional fee for changing the broken filters. The customer care is useless in resolving queries and the service centre executives are rude and arrogant pricks with no regard for your time or money. I'm usually not this descriptive about my reviews but the extremely poor product quality and equally bad product service has forced this out of me. I would not advise anyone to buy this useless piece of machine, there are a lot better (and cheaper alternative) you could actually go for.
