For the money I paid? Hells yes :)
The ATR2500x-USB mic is very, VERY good. Literally plug n play for most set up's and sound quality is excellent. The bundled arm is great for a permanent set up, maybe a bit of a hassle if you have to fold it up out of the way on the regular as it is very stiff. It's relying on stiffness of the joints instead of springs to hold it's position when in use. Still very well built though. Bare in mind though, no shock mount included here so if it's mounted to your main desk that sound will transfer up the arm to the mic. Avoid rage punching your desk and invest in coasters and you'll be fine. Pop filter is another extra you might need depending on use case but the mic is good enough for use off to the side so you might not need one.The only kind of let down in the pack were the headphones. They are strictly monitoring headphones so they are very flat in their sound. Staging is good but I found them focused to much on the mids with little in the lows and a little washed out in the highs. The ear cups are also just the right size to sit on my ears and not quite cup them. With the pleather material they aren't really very comfortable for extended use. "Good enough" springs to mind but if you wanted good main use headphones, maybe consider buying a different set.The kicker though is I bought this while it was on offer at around half it's current price. It's was around £90 for this pack and that was an amazing price imo. If I was looking now for the mic and arm I'd probable go £140 and still be happy with the price but anymore than that I'd seriously do my best to find similar hardware separate than go for this pack.

Mic is excellent
The mic is great, the arm for the mic is also great, the headphones sounds good however they hurt my ears because they are too shallow with the cushioning

A great mic, middle of the road headset.
The ATR2500x-USB Microphone is great. Very clear, great quality and incredibly easy to set up. The only improvements I could suggest would be to turn off monitoring when plugging headphones straight into the mic (I found it to be disorientating at first being able to hear myself and all of the sounds from the room, even if thy weren't picked up in recording) and some AT software for audio balancing, but there are ways around this and for what it is this would merely be nit-picking.Now to the The ATH-M20x Headphones. I'm not a fan. There's nothing bad about them, but then I find there to be nothing stand out about them either. A real Plain Jane of headsets. If I didn't already have a headset then these would be a great start but at the moment they are stored away as a back up should I ever need them.A great starting point for anyone that's just getting into content creation or just wanting to improve a gaming set up.

Just awesome
Sturdy boom arm, nice sounding mic and the headphones are decent too. Way above its price

Linux compatible
Using it with Fedora Linux 33 and works out of the box. Superior sound quality compared to th mic that is built into the laptop.
