Pretty pen, bought for a present, recipient loves it

This is the 5th pen( same) I ordered from this supplier. I was happy with the delivery time and engraving.But this particular one is disgraceful. Number of letters are the same as there is a limit set by the supplier and the fonts are the same as there is a limited choice. But this one I very much wanted to be perfect and it is so so disappointing. It is for a birthday gift to my brother , but one can barely read the letters. No black colour at all. If it was for myself or if there was enough time I could have asked a refund or replacement. I will never order again.23/7/23 It was very easy to approach the seller and without a fuss he agreed to replace. So I am changing to 5 star.

While you have option of two lines of engraving, here a single line with just a name was chosen. Thought it might be offset on account of no second line, but it was perfectly placed. Very happy with the result
