Women's Attack Shorts

I love these shorts! The chamois thickness is just right for me. The material feels smooth and comfortable. I love how the banding is done at the bottom and feel that it nicely accommodates the fact that cyclists tend to have larger thighs. Too often I've felt constricted in the thigh band area. It's also a nice bonus that these feel fine upright as well.I go on a 50 mile bike ride every couple of weekends and always feel great during the ride. I feel comfortable at the end of these rides so I'm quite confident that these would do the trick for bit longer distances. I would highly recommend to other cyclists. It is a pricier short and probably isn't super necessary for someone looking to get some shorts for a spin class.

Purchased one pair, fell in love, and ordered a 2nd pair. Perfect padding, no ride up, and extremely comfortable. True to size fit, as I am 5'9, 168 lbs and a little thick around the middle. ordered an XL. I ride approximately 50 miles a week, and these handle the ride with no problem. Very satisfied.

I'm sure these are great shorts for serious cyclists who also aren't too concerned about sun exposure. I'm 5'8 140, ordered a medium, and I consider myself a moderate cyclist. When I had them on they were 7" on the inseam, which I found too short, so I returned them. I kept the Quest shorts I ordered, since they were 8 1/2" inseam (and $20 cheaper!). Besides that these shorts have much fancier styling than the Quest and aren't cut so deeply in the front. Very comfortable, except for being too short.

As women's cycling shorts go, these are some of the best and most comfortable I have found. I like that they are a longer length. So far I have washed them around 6 times and no sign of fraying or stitches coming loose.

I bought 2 pr of these shorts for long cycle riding. The fabric is a very good quality and I like the padding. The shorts are quite comfortable. I like the length too. Should have bought a smaller size so think they probably run a bit bigger than the norm.

I am 5'6" 130lbs with a straightish figure (W27"H35"). I ordered the small, but could have ordered the xs. I'm right in between,so the xs would be more snug, but in a good way. However I am happy with the small, I should say! I haven't had a chance to ride in them yet, but the paneling is smooth and there is a wide high-waisted band which is comfy and flattering, as well as a wild leg band that keeps it from causing bulging. The shorts are comfortable and flattering. I highly recommend them.

High quality, good durability and they fit well. Purchased these shorts because my others have worn out. The material and construction is a real strength as they can be worn and washed for several days in a row. Think taking long rides over long weekends. Great product and a must for any cyclist.

Pearl Izumi what have you done to your womens shorts. I had to return these, the waist was not as originally shown, the high double lycra is not only really hot but girdle like. can't breath, note the mens has a normal waist. If I needed a girdle to ride, i'd lose some weight. seems like they are trying to reduce the quality by making a waist band out of the short material instead of using elastic. i'm sure the chamois is great, pearl izumi seems to have the best fit chamois but not worth the sauna sweat band waist

Pearl Izumi are good when it comes to cycling shorts for women. The one's I purchased recently are not as thick padded as the one's I brought 3 years ago so it will be interesting to see how they last, but having said that they are still a nice fit and if after doing 70 miles there is no soreness then they are worth investing in. But you should always make sure you have your saddle set at the correct position too and it's not digging into your bits.

Great shorts for a great price (got them on sale) - a bit snug in the thigh and I am not that big so sjust something to be aware of
