piping on sleeve left unstitched
I bought this jacket in August, but i started wearing it recently. I just noticed that the red, white and blue piping on the right sleeve is stitched only on one side. The other side is unsewn so the piping is sticking out. The left sleeve piping is okay, stitched on both sides. Can the seller change the piece or have the defect corrected?

This is not cotton. Fleece material is used inside, but not mentioned anywhere in product details. To my surprise, I got an item stained with low quality perfume someone applied on it. It might be used and repacked.
