Will it fit in an honda crv?

Inflated? I'd say no. I've seen the Honda CRV and I have this air mattress in my den right now. The queen size is highly unlikely to fit in a CRV.

Is the pump supposed to deflate the mattress on its own? I received mine today and it does not deflate via the pump.

Yes. If the valve is in the proper position, the pump deflates the mattress very quickly.

Does this not come with a carry bag? Put it up and now taking it down realized there was no bag in the box?

No carry bag. I always put it back into the box

how cold can this mattress be able to handle?

Our bedroom gets down to 32 degrees Fahrenheit! Mountain cabin, have never had a problem. One in family rv also no break down of material or support.
