Jabra GN9350 Wireless Headset

I have had the GN9350 for 3 weeks now and the call quality is great! People do not know I'm on a wireless headset. I have only wander about 100 feet from the base but, it has been in a house so, the signal has had to go through walls and I have not been dropped or had call quality issues.This headset is compatible with many forms of communication hardware and software. Because of this, it gets a little confused as to what it is supposed to do in a given situation straight out of the box. It can be adjusted but, it takes some trial by adjusting the headset and your particular software to get it dialed in. If you are not tech-savy, this may get a little frustrating! If you do take the time, it works as advertised.

This was better than expected. Came with different ear pieces that was a bonus!

This is a pretty good product when you need to have hands free to do other work while speaking on the phone. When calling other LAN lines with handsets, the other party cannot tell you are using a wireless headset where the sound quality is fantastic on both ends. However, if the other end is using a speakerphone, I've had a few complaints of a little bit of echo, so I'd have to pick up my handset.

Great headset for the following reasons:>Very reliable. Not one repair issue in nearly 4 years of constant use.>Very easy set up. Although I could not get the computer to dial.>No interference from other wireless devices.>Fairly long battery life. Maybe 3 to 5 days with lots of use. I have had this unit for 3 years and I might need a new battery.>Neat battery life indicator>I use the over the head holder which is very comfortable>I use the GN1000 handset lifter which is a little touchy. You have to get the right phone.>Range is good, probably 75 to 100 feet.>Has not failed as yet.>Very good sound quality according to my customers.>You can adjust volume up or down right on the earpiece>Fairly long life after low battery indicator starts beeping in your ear (the other party cannot hear that)Some peeves:>No locator ringing. If you set this down, you can't push a button and have this thing buzz or ring so you can find it.>A little bit sensitive to wind noise, if I walk into backyard or to the mailbox.>Of course you can't dial from the unit.>Also, there is no hold or mute button on the unit. You have to use your phone.>A fairly large footprint 5 inches in diameter, plus quite a few wires in and out.>A bit difficult to insure the unit is plugged in and charging when in its cradle.Overal an outstanding wireless headset.

My company ordered this for me a about a year ago and I love it. It's mostly comfortable with just the over the ear accessory but isn't after about 30 mins or more. I just take it off and set it next to me. The range is perfect. I'm on the phones 10 hours a day and it holds it's battery charge and is very clear and also easy to use.
