Amazing flavor, low sugar
I wanted to make a quick low sugar orange cranberry sauce and tried this marmalade. It was the best I've ever made. Recipe: cook 1 bag 12 to16 oz frozen or fresh cranberries in a bit of water. Drain if necessary. (Keep the cranberry water and make a gelatin dessert later) Blend the cranberries well then add 2/3 cup sugar. Add one whole jar of this great Marmalade and stir well then refrigerate. This sauce not only great with turkey, it's amazing on pumpkin pie with whip cream.

Natural Tasting Fruit Spread With No Added Sugar
Absolutely my favorite brand of jams. I've purchased the Marmalade, Apricot, Blueberry, Pineapple mix, Fig and Strawberry. I look for jams with no added sugar or artificial sweetener and minimal ingredients. St. Dalfour uses fruit juice(s) to sweeten their jams/spreads. All the varieties I have tried have had very pleasant natural flavor. I highly recommend this item and this brand.

No confidence the product is safe to consume
I have no idea how the orange marmalade spread was. I threw it out. I had ordered a lemon curd around the same time. When I tried to open the lemon curd, I had to struggle with the lid, which is a good thing because that means it’s on tight and the product is safe to consume. At least that’s what it means to me. When I went to open the orange marmalade, the lid practically fell off. I did not feel safe consuming the marmalade, so I threw it out.
