I have had symptoms of IBS on and off for several years. Digestive system is overly sensitive and varies day to day. Felt I needed some good bacteria in my system to keep it balance. Did many research on different brands and ended up getting this one. Within a week of taking it, my diarrhea improved. After taking for a full month, my system returned back to normal with 100% improvement. Now I only need to take it every other day. This probiotic is amazing. I am now more confident to eat whatever without having to worry about what happens next. It’s a life changing experience, not having to worry about running to bathroom. It’s been 3 months and my system is healthy. Have no plans to discontinue it. It’s good bacteria for your system.

I’ve been taking this for 3 months and I never stored in the refrigerator. This is amazing an product. I don’t have any issues any longer so I just switched to a different product since this went up from $10 to $15. I’d spend any amount of money for this product if I still had issues. This has worked for myself and everyone I’ve referred to use it for C-Diff or leaky gut. Almost immediate relief. Great for yeast in gut & for women.

The product is fresh and potent. However, anybody with chronic intestinal candida should avoid it. It triggers itchiness, skin rash, increased bloating, and urine odor after just a few days of taking it. I am sure it's an excellent product for other GI inbalance.

In case you were unaware, Renew Life has done the wonderful (though sadly all-too-rare) thing of making a product without magnesium stearate or ascorbyl palmitate. Or anything else that is bothersome for a filler. Both those two fillers I just mentioned are problematic for cats....and when your cat is pooping and pooping, and it's becoming a pure liquid....you have very few choices if you cannot get to the vet. So keeping this on-hand in your First Aid kit for your favorite feline is important. I did keep this on-hand for her, and recently I believe it stopped the potentially life-threatening diarrhea we were headed towards and saved her little furry life. Thank God for Renew Life. I wish they had MORE single-strain probiotics for sale without fillers like this one, as I use probiotics not only in emergencies but also in my personal life. But for the sake of this review, I'll just state this: this product lives up to the hype. It's wonderful, and I am grateful to God that they make this product. It's a MUST-HAVE in any pet lover's emergency first aid kit in their home. Truly. Any supplement that has ascorbyl palmitate, carrageenan, xanthan gum, guar gum, gellan gum, or magnesium stearate is not suitable for a cat (or a dog, or a rabbit, or any little furry creature, for that matter). Renew life is one of the few companies that has multiple products without these items in them. Thank God for Renew Life.

Worked well for my SIBO. With SIBO there is already an excess of bacteria, so the usual multi strain probiotics actually makes me feel much worse. This is a yeast that works not by adding bacteria, but by crowding out the bad bacteria. Had some mild intestinal cramping with the first dose, but after that my gut has been slowly but surely healing and the bad bacteria is disappearing. No more signs of intestinal fermentation. For some reason I ended up buying Florastor after finishing this. Maybe the cost and quantity?

I had 2 to 3 months of daily diarreah with no medical explanation going on. I was taking the regular probiotic they sell daily for years. Then a friend in a health food store suggested the enzyme in this product. It helped stop the diarreah. Worth giving a try. Amazon makes it affordable.

Until now I took the time for this review. But I took this probiotic a year ago for about 3 months and it worked wonderfully. My gut issues were improved and it turned out to be the cure for my tonsil stones and acne on the forehead. Not everyone is the same but for me, this brand is excellent. Give it some time to work and do not take it permanently. Highly recommend it.
